6 Ways to Use the Law of Attraction to Get What You Want

1. Pay Attention To What You Focus On

First, note what you want to focus on.

For instance, do you pay attention to what’s going right, and/or what’s going wrong?

Obstacles and challenges will arise for all of us when we work toward manifesting our dreams and getting what we want.

However, when you focus on what’s right, you become an awesome problem-solver. This, in turn, builds confidence. It is also a way to raise your energetic vibration quickly.

Paying attention to what you focus on will help you move faster through obstacles.

2. Practice the Right Breathing

Another technique to use when you want to manifest your dreams is to practice diaphragmatic breathing.

To do this, breathe from the belly, instead of the chest.

Diaphragmatic breathing activates the parasympathetic nerve system, which helps produce a sense of relaxation and contentment. This allows us to be calm and clear when taking on a task.

3. Meditate

The monkey mind is naturally biased toward negativity. While meditating does NOT mean you stop thinking, it quiets your mind and these negative thoughts.

Meditation allows the grip around your thoughts to soften and helps us withdraw attention from stressful and/or negative patterns that we’ve created over time.

4. Keep a Worry List

Your brain is like Velcro for negative experiences. This makes it natural that we worry so often since it’s just the brain’s tendency.

To help manifest your dreams, try keeping a worry list for two weeks.

The minute you start to worry about something, jot it down.

Keeping a worry list helps to release the heavy energy that often keeps us stuck. Additionally, by the end of the two weeks of writing down your worries, you’ll notice that none of the worries were warranted.

This exercise will give your brain proof that worry is a waste of energy.

5. Move Your Body

Another way to use the Law of Attraction to get what you want is to move your body in whatever way feels good to you.

It may sound crazy, but negative emotions get stored in our bodies on a cellular level.

Moving helps to release stress. Moving your body is also one way to release negative energy.

While you don’t necessarily need to hit the gym for an intense workout, get up and move. Try dancing, practicing yoga, or going for a walk!

6. Write Down Your Goals

Last but not least, write down your goals and connect to your “why” as a way to use the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams.

First, writing your goals will help you get a clear look at your dreams. It will also help you create inspired action steps toward your goals.

Next, connect to your “why.” This means you should connect to the feeling that achieving the goal will give you.

Connecting to the “why” will raise your vibration and help you become a magnet for attracting the people, circumstances, etc., that will help you achieve your goal!
